Homestay (Host international students) July
Local Language School is looking for families who can provide Homestay for international students during July. This offers the students a great opportunity to spend their time with a local family and to improve their language skills while learning about our culture and customs.
This will be during the month of July 2011, we have various groups of students ranging from the ages of 12 to 20. They will be here for 3 to 7 night depending on the group. During the day they will be at school and we can provide the transportation to and from the homestay house.
Family will be compensated $25 per night per student for room and board.
If the family is able to provide transportation transportation to and from school they will be compensated an additional $10 per night per student
Requirements:
Must be no more than a 20 minute drive from the Sports Arena area
provide 2 meals per day for the students(Breakfast and dinner)
have a furnished private room (at least a bed, a desk and a dresser) for 1 or 2 students ( families may host more than 2 students if additional rooms are available)
have a internet access, be willing to spend some time with the students on a daily basis.
English must be the primary language spoken at home
